Our Miss Scottsdale & Miss Maricopa County winners will go on to compete at the Miss Arizona Pageant in June 2012, a preliminary to the Miss America Pageant, the largest contributor of scholarships for women in the world. Founded in 1921, it provides over $45,000,000 in scholarships annually. Scholarships are won for competing, not just winning. Actually, most local and State winners have received scholarships without ever competing at the National finals. The Miss Scottsdale / Miss Maricopa County Organization, Inc. is a scholarship organization which is a part of the Miss America Organization (MAO), a national, non profit organization. We are franchised by the Miss Arizona Organization, a fully incorporated pageant that has operated under the auspices of the MAO for more than 50 years.For several years now, the MAO has been working to raise funds for the Children’s Miracle Network (CMN). As part of this organization, we also support CMN. If asked, by a contestant, to help raise funds for CMN, please do so by completing the official forms she will provide.We, the Miss Maricopa County Organization, urge each and every one of you to become involved in our worthwhile program as volunteers, sponsors, or contributors. Our program provides opportunities for deserving young women who, otherwise, might not be able to attend an institution of higher education. Our contestants are dedicated to education, individual development, and civic endeavors. They are our future! Please contribute to their success by joining with us to provide the assistance they need at this point in their lives. I personally believe that Arizona has a wealth of intelligent, talented young women who strive for excellence and who need and deserve our support. Through this scholarship program, we can provide a way for these young women to continue their educational growth and expand their potential. As partners we can accomplish more than we can individually!

PROGRAM BOOK
Contestants are asked to obtain advertising pages to help support the cost of the pageant, scholarships and prizes.

The program book will hold the contestants pictures and competition bio. It also holds judges bios and pictures of special guests such as our current Miss Arizona Jennifer Sedler.


Buying space in our program book is an excellent way to support your favorite contestant or advertise to all the contestants, their friends and family, judges, boutique vendors and visitors, special performance groups, & more.


 ***Advertising idea: Offer Coupons or specials to customers attending the pageant and Boutique.


Local Businesses can also donate to our raffle. Raffle tickets will be sold at The Paisley Pumpkin Holiday Festival at Dana Park in Mesa on Saturday October, 22nd and the day of the pageant. (Saturday, October 29th.) Location: TBD
